Major improvement work on the UK rail network is planned from Sunday 23 - Monday 31 December and some train journeys will be unavailable. The low-cost coach operator will provide more than 4372 seats on its services on Christmas Day, operating a record 10 470 miles and serving 28 locations across Scotland, England and Wales.

These include London, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Leicester, Loughborough, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Wakefield, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow, Gatwick Airport, Swindon, Bristol, Newport, Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter, Plymouth, Bodmin/St. Austell, Newquay, Redruth and Falmouth.

megabus.com will also provide links to Heathrow Airport which will not be served by any rail links on Christmas Day.
